Hello All, After my second baby last year through C-section, I had lost flexibility of my body and had knee pain, difficulty to stand after sitting and using support of hand to stand. Also when I tried cobra pose, I used to get pain in my stitches even 6 months post surgery. After having joined this program by Greesha ji, I feel some control over my body. I feel gyan Mudra and mantra chanting is also helping me. When we generally try to hold a pose, we try to hold breath. Greesha ji has made us aware that we need to breath through holding a pose. Earlier my breath use to takeover while holding an asana, but under her guidance I am able to understand how breathing normally through postures helps hold them with ease.. I still am learning to be regular with my practise, as I have been travelling alot due to work.. But despite of that I look forward to her classes as it feels like I gift that one hour to myself, where I am in present and no where else.. I am yet to learn how to be consistent on mat even on days, when we don’t have classes… I am still on my journey of Yoga and still looking forward to learn more and more on this spiritual journey.. Though the workout sessions are pre recorded videos, but I always felt a one to one approach in the overall session which I did. The plan is prepared very well keeping in mind the day to day problems faced by women be it physical, mental, emotional. I was not very sure initially as it is an app and has virtual recorded sessions, however it feels like she is with you and in front of you. I started using the Social Boat app 3 months ago, first I was not very convinced that only following this yoga asana daily can change anything for my ever-dancing hormones and PCOD. Anyhow, I started doing my daily asanas which are designed beautifully for female wellness. I committed to myself that I will make coming every day on Mat my daily routine, no matter what. For 2 weeks I see no results but started feeling more energetic and confident but nothing changed about my irregular periods. Slowly after 1 month, I got my periods, I continued the same routine for the next month and I got my periods on the same date. And this is my personal and most realistic expression of bringing my experience here. I can not explain other small changes which I experienced in my health and life. If you want to experience what I am saying, you have to commit at least for one month and you will already start feeling the difference. I also want to add the amazing support of their Nutritionist Jayti Ma'am for her every follow-up and personal diet plan. She has inspired me to keep going and achieve my goal of ultimate health.
